Originally the old site of St. Basil's School, 36 Hazelton is seven storeys and incorporated the existing two level Gothic Revival school structure built in 1928 by architect J.M. Cowen. 

All suites feature expansive terraces with each suite having its own unique floor plan.  Suite sizes range from the smallest unit of 1,073 square feet to the largest of the penthouse suite of over 4,600 square feet. 

Suite designs are open concept layouts with outdoor terraces, ten foot ceiling heights, gas fireplaces and high quality custom finishes. Custom kitchens are by Marana and come with Miele appliances.  All full bathrooms have heated flooring.  Each suite has year around individually controlled heating and cooling systems and includes its own private over-sized storage room.
